NOT GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was contacted on Friday by some bloke who talked very fast and I found extremely pushy.I gave him my usual details and he tried to make small talk before saying CONGRATULATIONS you have been accepted for a loan, how does 257.00 a month sound?I thought that was pretty good considering my poor credit. He then wanted my card details so that I could pay for the admin fee so that the process could start straight away, I did.
I was quickly told about some other product and was put on hold for more than 5mins just for some other guy to start trying to sell to me.
Anyway I read your reviews and tried to back out before payment was taken but I could not get a human to speak to and my e-mail was ignored. Today the payment was taken out the account, so I have e-mailed again and true to my word I have contacted Watchdog and would ask everyone else to do the same.If enough people complain then something may get done.
Oh and what has really got me is that they took £59.50 from me,not the 49.50 like everyone else.
