Dreadful customer service. Choosing Swiftcover has cost me money in return for absolutely nothing but grief. I'll certainly make sure none of my friends, family or colleagues make the same mistake.
Swiftcover are just not worth it. I was so discouraged by their poor handling of the transfer of my no claims bonus that I didn't want to trust them with the value of my car. I immediately got cover with another company instead and cancelled the swiftcover policy. Because they delayed so long, they are now saying I can only have 85% of my money back. Four month later and they still haven't refunded any money.
