General Comments

I am one of the customers who's fighting for overdraft charges refund so I guess I'd not rec. Lloyds TSB. I got fed up with their "small prints" and banking language. I am an average citizen who shouldn't have to learn banking policies and procedures when want to open an account. I suggested to the bank to stop my overdraft (if there isn't enough money on my account, simply don't let me pay!). No, they said,they couldn't do that. Well, somebody has to pay their salary!!
