Good Points
Don't know of any.

Bad Points
Takes almost 1 hour to dry a pair of trousers (not jeans)
Can't tell what stage the cycle is at.
Can't change programme/ temperature once it has started.

General Comments
This Servis is the worst machine I've ever had. I bought it barely 3 years ago and it has just broken down again. Takes in hot water and drains it away without going through cycle. Won't accept any other programme e.g rinse, spin. etc. I will never buy another Servis machine.
