Good Points

Used to be a great service if a bit more expensive than others. 8 Meg usually got download speeds of 850KB/S. Brilliant.

Bad Points

Since March my maximum is about 700 KB/S and is usually between about 400 and 500 KB/S. Not good enough. I'm supposed to be on Business broadband and I'm paying £35 per month!

General Comments

I'll be leaving Nildram in a matter of weeks after being a customer for many years. It appears that Nildram is just Tiscali with a different badge. Poor performance and support had nothing to say on my recent speed problems other than my exchange was not congested. Well, I already knew that! Well I do not recommend www.nildram.co.uk.
