Has the ability to be the best Gym around
Equipment often not working
Lazy instructors
Badly maintained
Joined the P'boro Esporta in August, i was told that it was a years contract but was not told about the 3 months notices period.
I was told the induction was 3 training sessions where a training plan would be built to suit your needs. The induction was a joke, warm up is 10 mins on a bkie, not stretching, no call down. The programme was too easy so started to do my own thing. Went for the 3 month test and found all the trainer did was give you a few more exercises. Nothing about how youve improved and havent they totally ignore what youve been doing and hat your needs are. THEY DONT LISTEN. If you dont turn up for a class they fine you, if the class is cancelled its TOUGH.
Parking is a nightmare when busy, you have to queue for equipment, there is nearly alway something not working, not TV's for almost a week, the kids pool was closed for several weeks at one point.
