Good coverage
Appalling customer service
Been on vodafone contract for 12 years, always a high tariff and always upgraded 12 monthly or 18th monthly. Last phone has had an endemic problem and Vodafone have decided that they cannot replace the phone. Hence I am left with a useless phone and 6mth left on a contract, Customer services have been so unhelpful it isn't even funny and hence when I asked if they even valued me as a 12yr Vodafone customer the answer was NO!! I will change to another provider asap and let my 12yr old run out my contract on the lowest tariff available. Thanks Vodafone....not!!!
