I have nothing good to say about Abbey current account. I'm in the process of closing my accounts. Client service is awful. Too many automated messages. Waiting time too long. Too much passing to another dept. Also be passed from pillar to post and have to go through security for every new person you speak to (there will be more than one). My cards have been cancelled 3 times now for no apparent reason despite in 10 years never been overdrawn.
