All packages relatively undamaged.
At least 9 and 12 minutes to answer their 0870 number on the 5-6 times I have had to telephone.
Promised to call back and didn't.
With 4 different deliveries, City Link Parcel Delivery have failed despite instructions on the package to contact for directions. Each time have stated that there was no-one in and a card was left - I was in on all occasions. I found them to be extremely unprofessional with a slow and ineffectual support staff.
I will now not buy from anybody who uses City-link.
