Unhelpful customer service, poor selection

General Comments

My daughter did not find much by way of selection. Then she didn't realize that this was an automatic charge on the credit card so we got billed for a month with zero downloads as far as I am concerned. Then we canceled the membership but since it was on the day of renewal of the billing cycle they charged us anyway. So bottom line we paid for two months for no service. Their customer service doesn't see it that way and refuse any kind of a refund as far as I am aware therefore I do not recommend eMusic.
