I was not happy with their service, I do not recommend Last Minute.com. I arranged 2 separate flights in China. After the website kept crashing for me, I was told that paper only tickets were available. These were then sent by courier to my home address, despite a specific request that they be sent to work.
They mis-spelt my email address causing log on problems.
The sales staff member must have a learning difficulty as she could not spell my address back to me after 4 or 5 attempts.
I finally got a UK based assistant to fax me all the ticket info, the only helpful and capable staff member so far.
Never again, I do not recommend Last Minute.
