Value for money, quick and easy to obtain and excellent service when needed.

General Comments

Fair do's to all travel insurance it is only useful for medical and emergency services - if you want to claim for personal belongings check your home insurance covers you - its a better deal. Since using the Post Office travel Insurance for the first time 4 year ago, my husband and I use it every year. I ended up in hospital in France for 2 week and the service couldn't have been better. They dealt with everything, even covered my husbands costs of travelling back to UK with my daughter then him flying back out to France and putting him up in a hotel. Then they not only stood the medical costs, flew me back to UK in a private air ambulance but also translated to my husband and myself all the medical details and kept us well informed throughout the ordeal. Absolutely first class service and totally recommended.
