Bad Points

I have telephoned 0845 603 8003 several times different days and different times. Unable to get through as lines are busy. Now I have to search the web page to find out about the fixed rate bond. I am on the verge of giving up.


General Comments

I received through the post information about a fixed rate bond. I have not been able to find out how I can invest in one of these bonds. When sending out information about your products it would be helpful to clearly state how to invest in them. I find it frustrating to have to telephone and most of the time the lines are busy or go onto the web. I don't always have access to the web.
