Good points there isn't any at all
Bad points were can I start
The room, was very dirty the beds smelt and mould round the window frames, cutlery was dirty and old, the bed settee in the front room smelt and was very dirty, two of the doors had holes in them, staff weren't helpful at all in all areas of Pontins .
I had booked Friday, Saturday and Sunday night there costing me £137 for me and my wife and my 6 month old son. I couldn't last out any more and we came home at 1.00am on the Sunday. I have been to Pontins quiet a few times over the years but this weekend was the final straw and I will not step foot in Pontins again. I am gutted writing this as I have had many great years as a kid in Pontins with my family. I hope people read my review and think hard about stayin there as it needs a lot of money spending on the place to bring it up to date ....
