Good Points

The chalets are very dated and not cleaned to a good standard

Bad Points

The entertainment and clubs for the kids are great

General Comments

I don't know why so many people complain ok the chalets aren't great but at the end of the day its a room to sleep in. There is so much going on that you don't need to stay in the chalet anyway and the beach is only a few mins walk away its huge and great for the kids. I go on two hols a year one abroad and then to Pontins for the kids they love it.
I stayed at the Southport one last year and have to say Prestatyn is much nicer, so if your thinking of going just get it booked unless your a clean freak
