Find a good Agent working for them, I did and he is 100% Brilliant, Telephoning me in the evening from the USA to confirm or even price up an idea I had.
Bad Points
Not really suitable for the tourist as far as I am concerned, that is the Uk tourist, this site is for the traveler, who does not need to many crutches to lean on.
General Comments
I have used them for lots of cruise vacations and generally never see a ticket other than an email confirming the booking.
I usually book last minute and book our own flights/car.
They have a vacations to go resort site, where you can book Sandles and the like for around $100 a night 5star. AI
I have even booked a Southampton Cruise to the Med via them for $1000 dollars last Summer for 15days 5***** Royal Caribean.
Boy I love this dollar rate.
