Quick to contact you upon application.
Wouldn't advise anyone to use them, use another broker.....Do not contact you if your application is refused, do everything in their power to keep a hold of your fee which in every right be refunded when refused, they are quick enough to take money from you. absolute shocking customer service (ie emailed telling you not to contact them again).
