aaa..... the guy next to me was very helpful with everything.
Where to start???? everything, from the time you get to the representative to the second you get off the plane everything!!
I had an overnight flight, Ok. I've had a couple of those over my flying history and most of them where not a 5 star hotel, but were comfortable and Ok. But with LOT, the seats are half the size of any other airline, the stewardesses didn't speak any English! even though it's a flight form the US (an English speaking country) to Warsaw. When the food came around the steward asked me in Polish, and I asked him to speak in English because I couldn't understand him. He repeated the same thing in POLISH like 5 times, before the guy next to me realized that I needed help. So he translated for me. thank god for him. The food was horrible, it looked like it had been left out for 2 weeks outside in the cold. I didn't even bother to ask for something warm. When we finally landed in Warsaw I had a 5 hour wait. The airport is very small, so I quickly found my gate and started going around the airport to do something while I wait. At the airport no one spoke English. They understood what I said, but didn't know how to respond to me in English. When it was time for us to leave they told us that the plane was still on the ground in some other city!!!!!! So they made us wait an extra 2 hours for the plane to get to Warsaw!!!!!! 2 hours later they told us that the plane was still not ready and they would page us when the plane was ready, that took another hour. During that time they didn't offer food, calling people that were waiting for you, nothing. They just said wait, if you want to can walk around the airport (I had already walked around the airport around 50 times because it's so small). The only good thing was that we got a better plane, which took only 45 minutes (rather than 1.5 hour trip which was expected).
