No good points like many others left bitterly disappointed with the removal of the nil excess on our dog insurance
no notification from M&S about change to policy even though when I phoned to discuss this with them i was told it happened last June . surely letters should have been sent to all existing customers at the time of the change.
Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance has very bad customer service not only will I no longer insure my dog with them i will no longer shop with them either and cancel my account . I can understand the financial reason for this change but the decent thing to do would have been to change the policy for new customers but to honour the contract that existing customers had Like many others i am left having paid extra to have the best insurance possible for my dog now looking for a company who will put our pets health before massive profit.
