General Comments
Ordered a kitchen with Infinity Kitchens in March 2007, fitted April 2007. Still waiting for this to be completed as at April 2008 a whole 12 months later. Communication with them is poor they don't respond to letters, unnecessary stress is caused as you can imagine after 12 months on a kitchen which cost around £11000 and it's still not complete. Doors were too big for housing, too small for other housing, faulty fridge/freezer door due to poor fitting, badly fitted extractor hood (had 3 new ones and 4 visits from the engineers to put right!!) and the list goes on and on. Be really careful if you are considering purchasing a kitchen with this company. If you want to see the substandard kitchen fitted please let me know I'd love to show you and hopefully stop other people being in the same situation as I am.
