They are quick enough to take your money!
I did my back in, I went to a private health centre and they did my physio, I had to pay for the form to be filled out by the doctor, then because there was not enough information on the form they requested further information from my doctor, which if it cost over £20.00 I would have to pay the rest, 1 month later the Private hospital I went to charged my card because AXA had not paid out!, I am still waiting for the reimbursement!!. I am disgusted with how AXA are still on going with my claim... after all what is the point in having it when they won't pay out! I have learnt my lesson.
