BEWARE!! of the gate closing times??? and customer service.

General Comments

Me and my husband were due to fly to Dublin on 18/04/06 at 8am, we got there on time about 10 mins before the gate closing time, when we looked that nobody was at the desk, we asked to one of the girls chatting with the girl from another airline checking desk Where could we check in? Oh surprise!! we were late so we couldn't check in, when in fact we were 10 mins early, we had to be transferred to the next flight at 11am but on top of that we had to pay an extra £100 . The point being here is that make sure you get there early or make sure that they don't shut the shop early!!!
