Good Points

There are no good points about booking a holiday with First Choice!

General Comments

I would never book a holiday with First Choice again - our hotel was lovely and had a brilliant time but First Choice as a travel agent were awful. Check in was awful and timely. Flight was awful - not enough food for everyone, no blankets, all but one toilet on the plane was blocked, long wait to disembark. Zero communication - wasn't told about baggage allowance; subsequently had to pay huge excesses. All the Air Stewards were rude and never smile and were completely unfriendly
