Reliable Internet.
Very expensive for me compared to other providers I have experienced.
Usage is incorrectly calculated as far as I am aware.
Customer service were unhelpful in my opinion.
Our usage has been incorrectly calculated from the outset as far as I am concerned and we have complained numerous times. After 6 months we found out that there is a problem with Waitrose Broadband which affects a large number of people. We have asked this to be corrected to no avail yet in my opinion. After weeks we are still unable to use the Internet as our usage is so high and we are being billed for this usage each month despite the fact we rarely use the Internet. Customer Care as far as I am aware have not yet responded to the problem and each time we call they say it is under investigation. I do not recommend Waitrose Broadband.
