I have just started to use the Nationwide internet service, and not being too computer literate... i found this site to be extremely easy to navigate.
Its all there, especially transfer of money from one a/c to another is very easy, printing old statements, ordering new pin numbers, cancelling DD's etc... its all there, and easy to find.
This is my first experience of internet banking... and i am well pleased that i bank with Nationwide.... the e-banking a/c also offers a high rate of interest....
