Good Points

Seemed ok until problem occurred


Bad Points

Made to feel like imposter although given all details. I know security is a good thing BUT not when I'm locked out of my own account! What good is an internet account when not able to resolve on net or phone! Had enough. Poor customer relations.


General Comments

I have two pet insurances, car insurance and two accounts with Sainsbury's but have now lost faith in them.
