A little pricey but this is the first ISP in 20 years that I've never had any trouble with so you get what you pay for.
Human support, no long queues or menus to navigate and they speak and plain English, never patronise and know their stuff. Very reliable and no noticeable speed degradation at peak times.
I can't recommend them enough. I'm about to move my web site over to their hosting services.
