Good bass output considering how small the elements are
Good general sound quality considering the price
Extremely sensitive to positioning
Does not sound so good in small rooms
Very good speaker for music if you're looking for something less expensive, but make sure you have enough space around the speakers, because it should be positioned at least 2 feet from the nearest wall. Otherwise the bass will echo horribly from the walls.
For movie playback I recommend purchasing a subwoofer, although it could be difficult to find an affordable subwoofer with a range that goes lower than these speakers.
