Personal banking is great but...
Business banking is not their forte.
I recently applied for an Abbey National Business Bank Account, being attracted by the great service I get from my personal account & also the free banking for life. I was assured that there won't be a problem setting this up so I went on & bought a new company domain, which I have to pay for for 2 years, changed payment methods etc on my internet services & terms & conditions etc, only to be told today that the application is declined because they won't give bank accounts for people who trade on-line! Top it off, I sent £50 to them to open the account & the decline letter along with my cheque have gone AWOL in the mail system somewhere. Awful awful service & bad Customer experience.
