Wonderful new plane, great service, good food, courtesy.


General Comments

I travelled to New Zealand on a brand new plane last year and loved every minute of it! Air New Zealand staff are so courteous and respectful - especially if you are sleeping. As a lone female passenger, I was given the seat of my choice. Great media selection. Seats are very comfortable, plenty of locker space. Clean facilities. Excellent food and plenty of it. Good booze choice.
As a medical doctor I was called to see an emergency midflight. The staff were so grateful for my help and so professional and sent me a lovely email to say thanks you when I returned to the UK.
Wouldn't fly with anyone else to NZ!
