Delivered on time, frame changed when damaged upon receipt without much trouble
I have a problem with the mattress that i paid £560 for. The store that i bought it from say that complaints need to directed at customer care team. I found the customer service to be apalling, i waited on hold for an hour and a half one day. I have written to them and emailed them, as yet i have had no response. I took the interest free credit option available and i forwarded them a copy of the letter Bensons have failed to respond to. The finance company have a legal responsibility under the sales of goods act and they responded very quickly and have been very helpful.
