Bad Points
- Double charge on my credit card as far as I am aware.
- Customer care telephones difficult to get hold of in my experience.
- No e-mail response as far as I am aware yet.
General Comments
It ha been difficult to contact them by phone, I got the message "the number you have dialed is disconnected" or something similar, sometimes I can hear a music and if you are very very like will speak with someone that will forward your call, once and again. Later they told me that I got that message due to congestion.
Using E-mail thought their web page is not much useful in my experience.
I will either get no response or an anonymous mail similar to : "Thank you for your e-mail. ...." as far as I am concerned. As far as I am aware I never get any other response and of course it is not possible to response that e-mail since it is anonymous sent by Anybody .
The price they gave me was the best I could find, but of course I would avoid this web site in the future. I felt confidence since it appeared in tripadvisor ?
The problem was that they charged my credit card twice. The reservation was made, I contact the hotel directly and everything was OK, if you do that one week before your booking date the Hotel should have your data. The only solution you have is to contact your bank, explain the problem and find the right person, afterwards they will open an investigation. You will have to send a signed FAX, cancel your credit card and ask for new one. That is the way you get your money back. Cheaphotelsresorts (Oldcity Hotel) will never help you.nI would recommend to use other web pages to make your bookings:
