The cost of our holiday dropped £600 and when its came for us to pay they are not returning any calls or the phone line goes dead
We booked our holiday in Nov 07 and prior to us paying 9 weeks before we found out that our holiday to Cuba has dropped by £600 (not as a cancellation or sale) the company said nothing can be done. So it is now time to pay the remainder of the holiday. I've had two letters asking me to pay but I cant get through, I've been cut off countless times, I've left 7 messages and e-mails that are being ignored!! am I going on holiday in 7 weeks? I don't know, I do know though that I am going to ABTA. Someone needs to take care of the customers as Thomas Cook are not! Virtual call centers??? Thomas Cook have lost a good customer now!!
