Once you manage to get the phone line and broadband installed is good. However it is very expensive and I wonder if it compensates for all the sorrows you have to go through before you actually get connected.
Customer service.
Only take it if you don't have any other option, like it's in my case. Had to set up an account 2 years ago and it took me 2 months and "unlimited" phone calls from my mobile to set it up. I'm setting up a new one in my new home and it' already been a month since the whole "riot" started. I still don't know when I will have a phone line.
