Excellent website - www.bedsdirect.com - easy to navigate and informative, ordering process very easy, very efficient confirmation process.


Bad Points

Everything after the initial ordering process.


General Comments

Ordered bed of Beds Direct 7 weeks ago (original delivery estimate 4/5 wks.)
Although they claim my bed is in stock?? (and they have had my cash for over a week), They are still failing to deliver it , or indeed to even give me a delivery date. Have sent e-mail of complaint to customer service manager, who replied making all the right noises, but still no delivery date. Today phoned them and gave them a deadline beyond which I will make a complaint to the appropriate trading standards authorities, but I`m not holding my breath.
