Not one in my experience.
Phones - late delivery - no communication - never received any cashback as far as I am concerned.
Not even the delivery was in time as far as I am aware - though the T&C say that they would let you know about late delivery I didn't receive any information. On the phone they told me a bunch of lies and the phone arrived 10 days late, without apology in my opinion.
I never received one penny of my £420 cashback - they need 4 weeks to deal with a claim and I'm sure complaints go straight in the bin. I wrote 3 times and never received a reply. My worst experience with phone companies so far and I will never touch a contract phone again, thanks to phones 2 U direct.
