Took a long time for them to find the claim form but once that happened paid out with no problems
Way too expensive.
My first year was around £11.00 - I made one claim during that year for £150. Took a while to come through as they had lost the form. The next year went up to £16.00. There were no claims made but I have just received my renewal and it has gone up to £22!! When I phoned and said I would not be renewing at that cost and in just two years the premiums had doubled I was told there was nothing they could do and that was the best price. I am certainly not going to be renewing with M&S. And this is the cost for a small cross breed that is not even three years old.
