I found that Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner is very smooth and soft to put on. i saw many good comments bout urban decay glide on and i was about to try it out as i was just searching for a wont smudge eyeliner. Then i bought two with one zero and another is bourbon, my result is it definitely will smudge and create a panda look eyes. I would not recommend this product
