I have had an awful time with the Mobile Phone Company. They called me and told me that I could have a new phone and only mentioned it was with 3 right at the end of the phone call. Then they sent me a phone and I called Orange to get a PAC number. Orange said I still had 6 months left of my contract.
I sent the phone back to The Mobile Company but not within the time frame as I was out of the UK working. The Mobile Company since set up an account with 3, and I am dealing with debt collectors and with 3 itself. I am under the impression that as The Mobile Phone company sent me the phone under false pretences I should not have to pay for a phone I do not own. I am currently seeking legal advice.
If anyone has any helpful advice for me in this situation I would be greatly appreciative of it.
