None that I can think of right now.
Poor customer service, no response apart from an email that promised to contact me, then: nothing. Impossible to reach by phone, being left waiting to speak to a customer adviser that never happens. Only wish I had read the other reviews before I had any dealings with Idealworld.
Bought a steam generator iron which, initially, I was very pleased with. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks, the screw-in part on the boiler base became dislodged, it was impossible to tighten the filler-cap. I returned the steamer on the assurance it would either be repaired or replaced.
They obviously opted to repair said item. The casing around the filler hole is dented and scratched and the rubber gasket is split. Clearly, a very amateurish job. Unbelievable.
