Good Points

Competitive prices and relatively easy to get on line.


Bad Points

I really struggled to get to "Retrieve your quote" status. In fact, although I managed to get into my own quote and pay up, I gave up on my friend's quote, and she had to telephone in. I think, "Retrieve your quote" needs to be shown on the web page.


General Comments

So far, I am impressed with Age Concern Travel Insurance, but will be able to comment more fully when the paperwork has arrived, and it all goes according to plan.

I was very frustrated that however many times I tried, giving the correct email address and quote details, I could not get my friend's quote up. A great waste of time.
