People at the end of the phone polite and helpful
I have had problem with texts for weeks, affecting 40% of customers! What are they doing about it? Nobody there will let me speak to the technical team to find out.
They have really let me down - what is the point of a mobile phone if texts don't get there? youYcannot spend the entire day doing a manual roam! If it is not fixed my entire family will change providers this weekend.
