Good user interface. Easy to navigate.
Bad Points
Customer service has not yet as far as I am aware replied to my emails I have sent (2) or password requests (3) and I have not been able to log into my account for over 2 weeks as far as I am concerned. I kept my password simple, and know what it is, but the site will not accept it. There is also no quick way to add in national brands of foods or vitamins, a simple link or two on the site could fix this problem.
General Comments
I use the online version of this software as I often eat out and do not have access to my computer 24/7. Today I emailed Cyser Software, the parent of Fitday.com. Hopefully they can fix the problem I am having. Good luck to all who are having issues.
