General Comments
I have a Matsui PF-A701W 7" Digital Photo Frame.
It is an absolute piece of rubbish. Not just my opinion - read the following web sites, where users have been trying to solve problems:
It was purchased as a gift, when I was in UK, but have now moved to NZ - no chance of returning it for a refund.

The shop (Dixons) passed me on to Currys as they no longer stocked it. In Currys they were out of stock but tried it and it worked first time!!!
I am a retired computer professional, embarrassed and at a loss. My only guess is that I did not push the stick in hard enough. Incidently it was formatted in fat 16.

I found this review helpful because I have exactly the same problem.
I have formatted a USB stick with MAC OS extened (should work on a PC) FAT and FAT32 and tried six photos 480 x 360 or less.
It will have to go back.
