Great customer service.
Resolved all my issues quickly and efficiently.
Refunded the lost dollars quickly.
Bit of a hassle to sign up need to call a number to confirm order.
$2.00 fee when placing an order $20 and under.
Call reception is not the best but passable in my opinion.
Need to dial a local number not the toll free number to not get charged and extra 1 cent.
My needs: Cheap calls to Solomon Islands
Reason: Skype is charging an astronomical $1.15/minute.

At first I was a bit nervous in purchasing from this site since all the reviews were quite negative or angry. But thankfully I had a great experience with them. Upon ordering from the website and skipping the user registration process, I received an email confirming my order. However within the email were a set of instructions to call an 888 number to confirm the actual order. I called the number, got through to a live person, who asked for my name and a call back number. After I hung up the gentleman called me within 2 minutes and confirmed that I would be getting my PIN number within 5 minutes. I received the email with the PIN number within 5 minutes.
Since I had been researching the website a bit I looked through all the fine details and discovered that they would charge an extra 1 cent per minute if you used the 888 or 800 numbers instead of a local California number. I have free long distance calling so I dialed the 213-406-8888 number provided, entered in the PIN number, then dialed out to Solomon Islands. Imagine my concern when my call didn't go through, no dial tone nothing. When I dialed in again my balance had already dropped from $20.00 to $18.00. Thinking it was a fluke I tried again and still got nothing. When I called in a 3rd time my balance had already dropped down to $16.00. At this point I called the Customer Service number, got through to tech support, told them I couldn't get a dial tone to Solomon and my funds had decreased. The tech put me on hold, came back and said that there was a problem with the line and that they'd fix it. He told me that they would refund the money lost to my account within 2-4 hours and I should try calling within 3-5 hours.
4 hours later I received an email from tech support saying that the problem had been fixed and I should try again 1 hr after receiving the email. I dialed in after an hour, my balance was restored to $20.00 and the call went through as they said.
I spoke for about 10 minutes and the balance afterwards was roughly correct. Overall call quality was decent with 1 or 2 spotty connections. However the customer service and actual follow through made a good impression on me and I will be using this service again once I run out of my current minutes.
