Good Points

Nice tellers, good banking hours


Bad Points

Branch managers are incapable of making decisions on loans, referred to banking center, they refuse to cash my pay checks without putting a hold on them , even when they have secured collateral (my house with at least 400,000 worth of equity.)


General Comments

I was told several things verbally when I signed up for my account, that i said were must haves before moving my accounts and they have been false . They have archaic policies and the manager isn't really a manager , he is is just a message passer parrot , that spouts out , "I'm sorry our corporate policy doesn't allow us to do that" I refuse to have my business taken for granted
