I bought a eternity ring back in Nov 07 and lost a stone on Mother's day 08.
I brought back the ring for an estimate. I got a quote of 525 Euros to replace 1 stone. I found it too expensive as the ring cost 900 Euros, so I went to another jewler who charged me 120 euros.
They lost a customer forever.
