nil excess - prompt efficient service - helpful staff
I paid extra to have nil excess when I started - 2 yrs ago. I didn't mind paying over the top, I considered it was a good option for my pet. I am now looking to find an alternative insurer - even if they have an excess - they will probably be cheaper!
I feel, as i'm sure others will, it is a very foolish move to deny your customers the opportunity to continue to purchase an insurance cover for their pets which allows for nil excess - its what sold it to me in the first place - and for this reason i recommended you to many friends.! in the past we have used you for our travel insurance too - but i will now search for other companies and not automatically go with m&s! as i have done previously.
