There are no good points regarding DirecTV. Do not order service from them.
Poor reception- have had this problem since day one. Have had them 1 year. Customer service is misinformed. I get different answers from everyone i talk to. No consistency. Got a switch out from one box to the next and that upped my contract another 2 years. They charge for a tech to come out to work on their faulty equipment. Stay far away from them. Never able to speak to a manager/supervisor. Each phone call takes at least an hour if you have a problem and it is never rectified.Have to repeat problem each time i talk to a rep. no documentation or what?????
