Good Points

Felt listened to, received wonderful customer service and good advice with no pressure to buy.


Bad Points

Tiny point, would prefer a slightly larger selection of bridal dresses.


General Comments

I had a great experience last Saturday. The shop staff have good judgement and taste and their priority is ensuring the customer has a great experience. It was the best customer service ive ever had and was a wonderful afternoon. I will definately go back. They also asked for feedback which is a a very positive sign of a shop continuously striving to be the best they can be. At no time did i feel rushed or pressured. The shop layout and decor is lovely and relaxing.
